Please note: All standard garage packages include PWF bottom plates, double 2×8 lintels, engineered LVL, IKO Cambridge Shingles, 2 vinyl roof vents, roof membrane, 2×4 16” o/c precut studs, insulated Steel-Craft overhead garage door, 36” fiberglass entrance door, lockset and deadbolt, aluminum soffit/fascia, 36” x 30” vinyl picture window, 4/12 pitch trusses & vinyl siding. Options available to increase window size or change to a sliding window (additional cost TBD).
